3. Products, pricing & availability
Product images, descriptions and stock levels reflect our live in-store inventory and are provided as accurately as we can. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We may correct errors, and limit or refuse orders, including where a price or description was clearly incorrect.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; a contract forms only when we accept and fulfil your order. If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, an item sells out), we’ll notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled portion.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Clover. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.
6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

The site’s content, design, logos and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product brand names and marks belong to their respective owners.
