Returns & refunds.

We want you to love what you buy. Here’s how returns and refunds work.

A note on hygiene. Fragrance is a personal-care product. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Return window

You may request a return within [return window, e.g. 14 days] of receiving your order (or of pickup), provided the item is eligible below.

What can be returned

  • Items that are unopened, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging with any seals intact.
  • Items accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

What can’t be returned

  • Opened or used fragrances, or any item with a broken seal (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked final sale or clearance[, gift cards, samples].
  • Items returned after the return window has closed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within [window, e.g. 48 hours] of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to (or drop it at) [return address / in-store].

Return shipping costs are [the customer’s responsibility / covered by us for faulty items].

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [timeframe, e.g. 5–10 business days]. Original shipping charges are [non-refundable / refundable] except where the item was faulty.

In-store returns

Eligible items may also be returned in person at 1750 St James St, Winnipeg during store hours. Please bring the item and your order confirmation.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including The Consumer Protection Act (Manitoba).
