Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is genuine and sourced through authorised channels. What you see on the site is our live in-store stock at 1750 St James St, Winnipeg — the same bottles on our shelves.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes. At checkout you can choose in-store pickup at our St James Street location instead of shipping. We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details by email. If you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll look into it.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
